Time's arrow and self‐locating probability

One of the most difficult problems in foundations physics is what gives rise to arrow time. Since fundamental dynamical laws are (essentially) symmetric time, explanation for time's must come from elsewhere. A promising introduces a special cosmological initial condition, now called Past Hypothesis: universe started low-entropy state. Unfortunately, where there many copies us (in distant "past" or "future"), Hypothesis not enough; we also need postulate self-locating (de se) probabilities. However, I show that can similarly use probabilities strengthen its rival -- Fluctuation Hypothesis, leading in-principle empirical underdetermination and radical epistemological skepticism. The robust sense it resolved by usual appeal 'empirical coherence' 'simplicity.' That serious problem vision providing completely scientific arrow.
